Try It Tuesday- Nine Zero Lacquer Croatoan (on a Wednesday because I was sick yesterday!)

First, let's get this out of the way- this is NOT a good color for me! But it's part of Nine Zero's Supernatural collection called Men of Letters (love that reference from Season 8) she put out in Fall 2016. It's a really awesome collection, with different finishes and colors, I highly recommend them- really, all of the Nine Zero polishes I have (I have 28 of them) are awesome!

This one is Croatoan, named after an early episode- Croatoan is a demonic blood virus, in case you didn't know.

It's a gorgeous holographic- and a pretty color, but I just don't love it on me. The formula was great, easy 2 coater.

Try it Tuesday Nine Zero Lacquer Golden Lights

Nine Zero Golden Lights- I got this in my little Black Friday haul. I have the original Twinkle Lights, which is the silver holo version. She also has a Halloween polish called Spooky Lights.

It reminded me a little of OPI's Pineapples Have Peelings Too- but not lumpy and ugly, lol. Like, a good version!

This is an easy polish to work with- I did 3 thin coats to build up opacity and layer the little red and green circles. I don't love it on my skin tone, but it's festive!

Here's a close up, you can see the red and green circles in it. 

Twinkle Lights is just like this, but a silver base. Spooky Lights is a silver base with purple, green, and orange circles.

Nine Zero Lacquer Black Friday 2017 Haul

Nine Zero Lacquer is by Jessface90 from YouTube, I highly recommend her channel and her polishes!

I wasn't planning on buying anything, but she put out a Holiday 2017 collection, and her sale was on that collection too. So I got (l-r)

Golden Lights (the gold version of Twinkle Lights), Pink Christmas and Party Dress- this is from the newest collection.

So gorgeous!! I love her formulas, they are always so easy to work with- she actually does live swatches of her collections on YouTube as they come out, and that always makes me want more, lol.

Fun Halloween Polishes!!!

Most brands put out some sort of Halloween collection. Many Indie polish makers do, China Glaze usually does- OPI has in the past, but I think it's been awhile! So here are some fun polishes I have for Halloween.

First up is Nine Zero. I have Swamp Thing, a gorgeous murky green with gold shimmer,

and Spooky Lights, which is a holo base with purple, green, and orange glitters. This is 3 coats.

Then I there's China Glaze. This is I Love Your Guts- it's a lumpy textured polish, lol, so if you hate those, don't search for this! This first picture is with no top coat- it dries matte.

Then I put a top coat on it.











This is China Glaze's Zombie Zest- this is hard to find (htf), but I got this in a destash for only like

$3! Another murky green, but much more murky than Nine Zero Swamp Thing above.

This one is Different Dimension Once Upon a Midnight Dreary- it was from their 2016 Halloween collection. This is a jelly- I love these squishy polishes with glitters.

And here is Vapid Angels and Demons- a cool thermal polish. The weird holo blob is supposed to be

a cat- it looked better irl, lol.

This one shows the shift. It is a really neat polish!
